MERRY CHRISTMAS

Well that's a good question - we both have no doubt been influenced by the Colin Macinnes novel but we were also on the same bill as Mr Bragg at 2004 Tolpuddle Martyr's Festival - some subliminal influence perhaps? Either way we love Sir William ... maybe our next album should be called Billy Bragg???

Billy Brag's now album is going to be called Mr Love and Justice, any connection or just an homage?!

Hello Mr Moore!
Yes Marcus is still very much part of the mlj family, and is playing with us in Bath and Bristol next week. We'll pass on your regards !

Hello MLJ.
Is Marcus still playing with you? If so, say "Hi" to him from me. If he's not, say "hi" anyway, if you see him, will you?
Cheers!

I think we could do that in the key of H.

I kind of like your style. Do you think you could come up with a set of lyrics for a song
entitled "I've got a worm on a string".... Over to you Brendan!

Here with a recommendations from The PJ!
Your looks great and your sound is wonderful. Are you coming to Norway in 2007 too?

Managed to catch some of your summer shows and was very impressed. The band has really gelled (especially the harmonies), even though you seem to have an ever changing line-up! The Trowbridge Village Pump Festival set was particularly good and it was great to see you opening a festival like this on their main stage.

My friend took some pictures if you're interested: http://flickr.com/photos/stonepoem/sets/72157594318445839/

Anyways, keep it up!

Brian.

Amazing set at Trowbridge Festival! You won't get this message until after the weekend when you have soaked up all that music and local ale.
Nice to see you up amongst the Suzanne Vegas and the Liza Carthys of this world. Good luck for the world tour in 2007. PC (formally known as PJ)

Yes glad you asked Brian! Just finished re-mixing Wish-Hound for single release early in the new year and we're in pre-production phase rehearsing songs for a new album tentatively planned for release May 2006. It'll be a little more rootsy/folky than Homeground - this very night we're checking out new recording studio facilities in Swindon which if all goes well will be our home from home over the coming months. We plan to post demos to give tasters as we go so keep checking the site folks!
